Guest Instructions & House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
   • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
   • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Please leave the key in the lockbox and scramble the combination.
   • Please send the number of your identification document to the host as soon as you check in.

3. Climate Resilience Fee for Short-Term Rentals:
   • In accordance with Greek Law No. 5162/2024, a Climate Resilience Fee is applied per night for all short-term rental stays, as follows:
     • High Season (April 1st – October 31st): €15 per night (apartment over 80 m²).
     • Low Season (November 1st – March 31st): €4 per night (apartment over 80 m²).
     Unless otherwise agreed, or unless the reservation was made through a platform that directly collects this fee, this amount is payable in cash upon arrival and a separate receipt will be issued.
4. No Smoking Policy:
   • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and all common areas.
   • Guests may smoke on balconies while being mindful of others.
5. Quiet Hours:
   • Please observe quiet hours as described on the info sheet in the apartment to ensure a restful stay for everyone.
6. Respect for the Apartment and its Contents:
   • Treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect.
   • Report any damages, breakages, or loss of items to the host immediately.
7. No Parties or Events:
   • Hosting parties or events is strictly not allowed.
   • The apartment is for registered guests only.
8. Visitors Policy:
   • Visitors are welcome during the day, but overnight stays of non-registered guests require prior consent from the host.
9. Pets:
   • Pets must be well-behaved and on a leash in common areas.
   • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and around the property.
10. Security and Safety:
    • Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving.
    • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
11. Kitchen Etiquette:
    • Use kitchen facilities responsibly and clean up after yourself.
    • Do not leave unwashed dishes and utensils in the sink.
12. Heating and Air Conditioning:
    • Turn off heating, air conditioning, and lights when leaving.
    • Do not leave air-conditioning on when windows are open.
13. Waste Disposal:
    • Dispose of trash in the designated bins provided.
14. Parking:
    • Complimentary parking is available. Please park in designated areas.
    
15. Adherence to Local Laws:
    • Guests are expected to abide by all local laws and regulations during their stay.
